hi all, sorry its late but happy new year!

i worked nights over christmas then spent the new year back in the UK so havent been on here in a while, hope your all doing grand.

yes not doing to bad, I'm on holiday next week so plenty of gaming time!

Looking to get a racing game this week for PS4 as I don't have one yet. Did not realise until the other day another Lego game is out next month! I thought it seems a bit early for Lego Hobbit but no its Lego the movie

Its going to be the first one I buy not on 360 which is a shame, up to now I have them all on 360, I suppose when it goes cheap I might get it but Lego Marvel struggled a bit on 360 and I need some new Xbox One games, getting a racing game on PS4 soon as well as Rayman Legends so I need something for XBO and a new Lego is it

will be renewing my subs for PS+ and Xbox Live next month, ok live does not need to be done until May I think, but may as well do both at the same time as I start to save up for my new PC in March now that I have the new systems and fully paid for. Probably buy the subs from work as I get 10% discount which makes them even more value, a nice £4 saving on a years plus and £3.8 on Live (12mts) as it is £38

like every new system we have seen loads of cross generation games and some iffy games. Will be the end of the year before we see really good games for each system.

Titanfall in March. Watch Dogs this year. Destiny has people going mad for it. Looking at good games very soon Willow, not the end of the year!

Not had my One on in probably close to 3 weeks now! Had no motivation to play it, only game I really want to play is BF4 which unfortunately is still broken and I now have it on PC as I got it for £16 so no reason to turn it on.

Other stuff going on too is limiting my play time plus school and work. Just not enough time to deal with everything and be able to play the games I want!

Not really been on the forums as of late but I will try to sort that out. Plus also, there isnt a lot going on in the gaming world so nothing to really post about and anything there is, Willow is always there first!

Did go and see American Hustle yesterday though, very disappointing. I would avoid if possible! But 12 Years a slave is out on Friday (delayed 2 weeks on the IOW for some reason) so going to see that which looks AMAZING!

I know most people were upset over watch dogs delay, but after BF4 I think more people understood its best to finish the game properly, Dice will find it difficult for people to trust it so easily again

as I say the lack of games is always the same every generation at the start, those games will start flowing soon and as for sales figures, at the moment we don't know if supply is constrained and some people may have decided to wait until Titan Fall or Watch Dogs until they buy the new console. Either way should be a good gaming year!

had a nice day out in York yesterday, bought the Two Ronnies complete series which I looking forward to watching and a few PS3 games as well

It's been happening for a while but before the Xbox was released (the first one) I mostly played on PC and PS games with some Nintendo for Mario, Zelda ect, but when 360 was released I shifted over to 360 especially after the PS3 launch when versions of games were very poor.
But as Sony fixed things and now PS4 fixed even more I have now shifted back to my original position of a PC / PS gamer who plays some Nintendo games and now Xbox. Don't expect XBO to be my main system this time round. Will be mostly the odd game and exclusives for Xbox One now I think

well I finished Dead Space 3 on 360 the other day, going to try to finish some 360 games, got a load I need to finish! As well as games on steam and PS3, will keep me going while we wait for more games for the new systems

Not actually been playing anything recently! Only a bit of Garrys Mod here and there! Got so many games to play but just not sure on where to start!!

same problem as me. I'm going to go through some of my PC games that have Games for windows live in them like Quantum of solace, you can't buy it on steam now and Activision don't have licence so it will be a dead game once GfWL stops.

Many of those games are quite old now though. I just think its a shame what happened MS in my opinion could have made GfWL successful, can't shake off the impression they crippled it so it would not overshadow the Xbox. It was good in principle, PC games that you play that connect to Xbox Live and gain achievements and games like Fallout 3 I can get separate achievements on both 360 / PC versions.
