Been testing my laptop connected to my tv, I always knew console games looked low res on a 1080p TV with several exceptions but when I tested my laptop games on my tv @1080p they looked much better than ps3 / 360 versions. Even games like Super SF4 which was native 720p on consoles looked better at the higher res.

Just thought I would test the hdmi port on the laptop, certainly a bigger screen is good for pc games. Better anti aliasing on pc also helps.

Untill it fried itself I used to watch films and surf the Internet via my tv (HDMI from laptop), even though my tv is 5 yrs old it was pretty damn good looking,

I hate Hewlett Packard and their cost saving on components. RIP my laptop Mad
