Microsoft To Announce Indie Self-Publishing

Looks like Microsoft are doing another 180, will be good for indie games : D

looks like they will have reversed all of the policies that people hate soon! its good for everyone!

Did microsoft actually ever come out and say they wouldn't allow self publishing in the new console?

As far as I am aware it was just assumptions that they had not changed their policies from the last gen, and there lack of any comment on the matter?

Also just seen a white dev Xbone, it does look nice in white
