New month, new topic.

I think my TV just died on me. Just randomly went black when playing Crackdown, turned it off and when i turned it back on again it shows up for a second and then goes black again. Yay.

Yep my tv is dead. This means that im not going to be on my xbox for a while until i can find a solution to be able to play my xbox on!

Its called buying a TV kiddo. Better get saving up.....

just need to get through this week (starting 5th aug) and I'm off work the 12th august!!!!

Nope, not going to spend £200 on a new TV when i can get an adapter for VGA to HDMI for use with my monitor when i get my PC. Will save around £195 that way!

some monitors have HDMI ports anyway!

Yeah but the one im getting doesnt and the cheapest one with a HDMI port is around £25 more expensive or i could spend £7 on an adapter and a HDMI cable?

I'm really looking forward to the new consoles now! The competition between Sony and MS mean they are bending over backwards to give us free stuff

If both these system do well we all win! Anyone who remembers the SNES vs Megadrive wars of the early 90's will tell you how great that was!
