BF4 premium refund

looks like people are getting refunds for premium on BF4 http://www.eurogamer.net/articles/2013-12-11-refunds-available-for-xbox-one-battlefield-4-premium-customers

When i saw the headline I was gutted i didnt buy it, then i read the article and it says that the membership is also being revoked then i wasnt so bothered. Doesnt surprise me that people are asking for their money back though, the game is severely broken right now!

I desperately wanted to enjoy this game, I've had to buy Killer Instinct and Peggle 2 so I have something good to play on Xbox One at the moment. Both are great by the way!

As for BF4 premium I will only purchase that if the bugs are fixed, PS4 got a massive 600 MB patch today so fingers crossed something similar will appear on XBO soon.
I noticed someone reporting BF4 not actually starting up on XBO, someone who has the latest XBO update https://twitter.com/thurrott (the guy who had issues with BF4)

patch is on its way today! I hope it fixes the save game bug then I can play single player
