Nyko are releasing an adaptor for other gaming headsets, not sure what makes or models it will cover though.

Ms have confirmed that they are developing an adapter themselves so we can connect our xbox 360 headsets into an xbox one controller. Didnt say a price or whether it would come with the xbox however.

It won't , would appear they are hoping people will use the mic that comes as part of the kinnect array.
