No it's not a shock, he has been rumoured to be going for a while now... but your right the xbox one farce has expedited his leaving.

He has done a good job business wise though, turned Live from a few million subscribers to 50 million, got sky on board for tv..

Though he is at fault for the NXE.. I have never warmedto the new dashboard, still prefered the original dash lol.

No I mean the first iteration of nxe..when we had all the avatars standing in a line..and then most of my downloaded themes were no longer usable .

I don't mind this metro look too much. but do think it can be harder to find stuff now.
