I know the 360 version had issues if you installed both discs.
It seems that it may be the game loads from both the hard drive and disc at the same time (to speed up loading) when you only have one it looks like performance is compromised. Its the lack of memory of both systems that is making this worse.
Advice atm just buy the disc version
