well another month gone what has happened to this year!

seems like the newer PC games are now demanding 6GB of memory as minimum for new games such as COD Ghosts. No surprise, since most games are console conversions as soon as a new generation arrived with more memory minimum specs for PC games also go up as well.

I should be ok for the moment but that new desktop I want will be good next year I fear 8GB is going to seem limiting in the near future

well this site has died a death recently!

I pre ordered Xbox One, PS4 and PC titles and Tesco already charged me for them! I'm sure most retailers charge when dispatching.

I paid that down, I ordered BF4 for XBO and PC, COD Ghosts for PS4 and PC, and Forza 5 XBO and Assassins Creed 4 for PS4.

That racing game with plus has been delayed and another game put in its place, not concerned as Forza 5 will be enough on XBO for me! So that makes 3 games for each system (XBO and PS4) on launch, unless the games are delayed in post!

23rd today, this time next month I will be on XBO! Can't believe how fast its gone this year

Yeah im more or less on FIFA or GTA now until the Xbox One comes out. Really looking forward to finally be able to play it!

Drive Club and Watch Dogs has been delayed. Not bothered by Drive Club but I was looking forward to Watch dogs and was probably going to be buying it on either X1 or PC.

Just less than a month and I shall be playing my new console. Or watching the new Hunger Games film. Damn, what do I do first?

I have not bought Fifa 14 this year on 360 as I am getting the game on XBO.
I'm looking forward to watch dogs as well, I believe they are delaying it because the don't want to go up against all the launch games, wait a few months when people want new games and bingo much higher sales than if they released at launch as they have a higher installed base and people may have paid for the new consoles by then.

The idea they need more time for polish could be true, but I think its not.

I'm not buying a lot of games now for current systems especially games like Battlefield 4, 360 version was panned by Eurogamer,looks like current consoles don't deliver the "full experience" I knew BF3 was a bit of a push for current systems

decided on 2 games for each console with a 3rd free with the systems

I got GTA5 because well, its GTA5 and FIFA 14 because I just couldnt stop myself, its FIFA, what can I say?

Getting FIFA 14 (of course), Battlefield 4 and Dead Rising 3 with my Xbox One. I was thinking about getting Watch Dogs but now that its been delayed its gone up to a 'I will more than likely get it' game.

Also, Titanfall out on 14th March. Not worldwide either so will probably be shipped early by Amazon etc so would get it early too!

well I have booked the day the PS4 is released off work, so that's something!

anyone else thing a 500GB drive wont be enough when games are like 40GB now apparently!

been playing that new Batman game, a different developer, seems like they just copied and pasted many of the features of the previous games as it more or less plays the same. I'm running the game on max settings @1080p on PC which is good! also physics on high!

many reviews have come in give the game around 7/10 at the moment

i havent been about for ages lads, first of all me laptop flipped out and had to be factory reset so i lost a fair bit of stuff (lesson learned, move more stuff to external hard drives!), then ive been busy with work and finally ive been playing my way through the assassins creed games (bit of a late comer to the franchise)

I enjoy the AC games, still have to finish the 3rd one on 360 before I get no4 on PS4.

Played the series so much when I go outside after playing the games want to climb the buildings

Recently?, Willow you did notice that only like 3/4 people post anything on a regular basis, the top posters to the side pretty much says it all. I am 3rd and never posted for like a year after joining lol.

To be honest this is more of a site for us to just talk about the things going on!! Trying to promote it and get new people hasnt really been a massive priority for me or anyone else as you guys are pretty much the only ones that I play with!! Plus I had my GCSE's that were coming up so they needed to go above everything else.

Maybe when the new consoles come out and I can drag myself off of my Xbox One for 30 minutes then I can try and get some new people on here. If thats what you want?

well my PC will get a good work out in the next few weeks, with BF4 this Friday (assuming game is delivered) will see if I can play it on ultra like BF3 and COD Ghosts on Tuesday.

What I want to know is how well will COD sell? Pre orders were well down and the console transition has meant many people (like myself) simply not buying Xbox 360 or PS3 versions of games releasing on next gen systems.

The only exception for me is Lego Marvel Super Heroes that wont really benefit much except for a higher resolution on next gen systems. I guess
