MS say it was "not done with our consent"

I have some concern with this, if true then Xbox Live chat has been hacked and MS did not even know! Makes you wonder how extensive it is, IF it is so
Its not MS fault, but it just shows you how shady governments operate, says something when they want to listen to 10 years olds having a hissy fit on COD
